The pages of the book are 5.75" by 8.9375", and the above is 4.5" by 7.75".

(The pages of the book might be a small amount larger, because when I had the book rebound, the binders used a machine of some sort to make all of the pages align perfectly, which almost certainly removed a tiny bit of paper from every page.)
